1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Personal care and hygiene products (opened)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@fabricmikaer.com with your order number
  • Include photos of the item and reason for return
  • Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  • Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original PayPal account
  • Processing takes 5-10 business days after we receive the item
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

6. Wrong Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover all return shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the stated processing time:

  • Check your PayPal account and transaction history
  • Contact PayPal directly for any pending transactions
